Nature of the Site

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, warrants, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, post bond, or file records for a visitor.

The site points users toward Atkinson County inmate and jail record resources, Georgia public-record information under the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq., and third-party research tools that may have their own terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
